Will this scare my pet?

Why is the dilution ratio 1:10? Can I add anything else?

Over-mixing can cause the nozzle to clog! You must strictly follow the ratio of 1 part cleaner to 10 parts water. Never add shampoo, oils, or any other substances—doing so may damage the spray head.
Why is the spray weak or inconsistent?

A weak spray typically indicates an incorrect mixing ratio, insufficient water, or improper angle. Please ensure the 1:10 mixing ratio is correct and tilt the brush head downward at a 45° angle to achieve a stronger, more consistent spray.
